Stop Foqos From Being Turned Off

Ask someone you trust to set the code

This is a new four-digit code. It is not the same code you use to unlock your iPhone.

   Find Foqos in Screen Time

   Open Settings → Screen Time. Under Apps with Screen Time Access, make sure Foqos is turned on.

   Set a code you do not know

   Tap Lock Screen Time Settings. Give your iPhone to your trusted person. They should enter a four-digit code and keep it secret from you.

   Let them set up recovery

   Apple may ask for an Apple Account that can reset the code. Let your trusted person use an account that only they can open. If you use your own account, you can reset the code yourself.

   You can skip recovery, but you may get locked out if the code is lost. Make sure your trusted person will be available when you need to change these settings.

   Turn on the protection

   Go back to the main Screen Time page. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions, then turn it on. Your trusted person may need to enter the new code.

   Add extra protection (optional)

   On the Screen Time page, turn off Share Across Devices if you do not need it. This gives you more protection, but it also stops Screen Time from syncing with your other Apple devices.

   Make sure it worked

   Go to Settings → Screen Time. Tap Foqos under Apps with Screen Time Access and try to turn it off. Your iPhone should ask for the new four-digit Screen Time code.

   If it only asks for Face ID or your normal iPhone code, turn Foqos back on and use the Foqos Block Shortcut instead.
